Rencontre 1 –  Visite-guidée de Saint-Emilion / 1st Meeting – Guided tour of Saint-Emilion city 

 

Grâce à Véronique, Guide Conférencier, remontez le temps et découvrez l’histoire unique de la Cité Médiévale, l’origine d’un terroir qui produit des vins  parmi  les plus réputés au monde.

Thanks to Véronique, Tour Guide, go back in time and discover the unique history of the Medieval City, the origin of a terroir that produces some of the most famous wines in the world.

Rencontre 2 – Le Cycle de la vigne, la Viticulture & dégustation gourmande / 2nd Meeting – The vine cycle, Vine culture & gourmet tasting

 

Selon l’éveil de la vigne, profitez de la naissance de ses bourgeons ou des parfums de ses fleurs. Aux côtés du vigneron, Pascal Bourrigaud, participez aux travaux du moment : ébourgeonnage, épamprage, relevage ou effeuillage… Partagez nos tapas gourmandes (charcuteries & fromages) accompagnées d’une cuvée de la propriété.

Depending on the awakening of the vine, enjoy the disbudding or the scent of its flowers. Alongside the winegrower, Pascal Bourrigaud, take part in the work of the moment: disbudding, suckering, lifting or stripping… Share our gourmet tapas (cold meats & cheeses) accompanied by a vintage from the estate.

Rencontre 3 – Les Vendanges, prémices de l’Automne / 3rd Meeting – Harvest, picking fruits, first signs of Automn!

 

On vous initie aux vendanges, puis on vous explique le déroulement et les étapes de la fabrication d’un vin. Le midi on vous invite à partager le repas des vendanges (accompagné d’une cuvée de la propriété) avec l’équipe du Château CHAMPION.

We will introduce you to the harvest, then we will explain the steps of the wine making process. At noon, we invite you to share the harvest meal (accompanied by a wine from the estate) with the Château CHAMPION team.

Rencontre 4 – Du raisin au verre vin, les secrets de notre savoir-faire / 4th Meeting – From grapes to the wine glass, the secrets of our know-how

 

Les « savoir-faire » de la famille BOURRIGAUD vous seront expliqués lors de la visite du cuvier et du chai à barriques. Vous découvrirez les différentes facettes du vin et les étapes de la dégustation. Repartez avec 6 bouteilles de Château CHAMPION Saint-Emilion Grand Cru.

The “know-how” of the BOURRIGAUD family will be explained to you during the tour of the vat & barrels cellar. You will discover the different facets of wine and the stages of tasting. Leave with 6 bottles of Château CHAMPION Saint-Emilion Grand Cru.
