Atelier sensoriel/Sensory activity
Découvrez l’atelier sensoriel, une activité originale qui fera vibrer vos sens. Durant 1h30 environ, voyagez avec Véronique pour découvrir les différentes facettes du vin : une expérience étonnante qui ne cessera de vous bluffer !
On commence par une petite visite de la propriété Château Champion, avec ses vignes, son cuvier et son chai à barrique. Petit à petit, nous allons vous faire découvrir les secrets du vin sous un aspect sensoriel ; écoutez votre corps et laissez exprimer vos sens, un vrai moment de plénitude s’offre à vous !
C’est dans la Salle des Vendangeurs que vous découvrirez les différentes étapes d’une dégustation de 5 échantillons, un véritable jeu des sens : vos narines, vos papilles et vos cuticules seront à l’honneur pendant cet atelier !
Discover the Sensory Activity, an original tour that will thrill your senses. During 1 hour and a half, you’ll be transported with Véronique to discover the multiple facets of wine: an amazing experience that won’t cease to surprise you!
We will start with a short visit of the estate, with the vinification and aging cellars. Little by little, we will learn the secrets of wine from a sensory aspect; listen to your body and let your senses express, a real moment of fullness for you!
It is in the « Harvester’s Room » that you will discover the different stages of a wine tasting, with 5 samples, a real game of the senses: your nostrils, your taste buds and your cuticles will be in the spotlight during this activity!

Connaisseurs ou amateurs, nous vous proposons cette visite prestige que nous avons baptisé « Terroirs & Millésimes ». Durant 1h30, vous profiterez d’un moment privilégié en visitant Château Champion, son vignoble et ses chais en privé. Dans une seconde partie, vous dégusterez les vins de nos deux propriétés à travers trois millésimes. Un voyage des saveurs et des sens qui vous fera appréhender les différences entre nos deux terroirs en AOC Saint-Emilion Grand Cru, en plongeant dans les profondeurs des argilos-calcaires et des sablonneux-graveleux.

Whether connoisseurs or amateurs, we offer you this prestigious visit which we have called “Terroirs & Millésimes”. For 1h30, you will enjoy a special moment visiting Château Champion, its vineyard and its cellars in private. In a second part, you will taste the wines of our two properties through three vintages.
